Ocean MD Booking for Dr. Aaron Wiseman CCFP
Rockwise Medical, established in 2025, is a family medicine clinic located in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Founded on principles rooted in Christian values, sound medical ethics, and evidence based care, Rockwise is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.
The name Rockwise reflects both a foundation of faith and a tribute to the founder’s father (as well as the rock of NL), symbolizing strength, wisdom, and steadfastness in serving others. At Rockwise Medical, we strive to integrate clinical excellence with a holistic approach to health, offering care that honors the dignity and unique needs of every patient.
Dr. Aaron Wiseman is a family physician certified to practice in 2025 with CCFP designation, committed to supporting and sustaining health in all its forms—physical, mental, and spiritual. Guided by his faith and strong medical ethics, Dr. Wiseman strives to provide care that honors the whole person and fosters dignity, resilience, and wellness.
Before pursuing medicine, he obtained a degree in Biology/Biochemistry and 2 years in a fast-track Nursing program, achieving Dean’s List distinction in the medicine and nursing programs. These foundations shaped his holistic approach to health care and his passion for integrating prevention, patient education, and collaborative care. He completed his MD in 2023 and went on to do a residency program in Family Medicine, both at Memorial University.
Dr. Wiseman is a strong advocate of the shared-care model and patient-centered care, working alongside patients and their families to support informed decision-making and empower them in their health journeys. With a particular focus on disease prevention and health promotion, he aims to build long-term, trust-based relationships with those he serves.
E-forms are used for nearly every visit to Rockwise Medical, they are used to enhance workflow and contribute to a sustainable and comprehensive family medicine practice but there are some limitations that must be addressed.
When you BOOK an appointment you are guided to the right E-form!
